Abstract
The real challenge for organizations competing in Knowledge Economy is not just to store and retrieve data / information more efficiently, but the fundamental issued is to increase value creation form the knowledge assets present in the organization. The present study considers Knowledge sharing as a subset of Knowledge Management domain and proposes a holistic model for understanding dynamics of Knowledge sharing. The study revisits the epistemology establishes that true knowledge is embedded in human cognition , and it is through human interaction , at individual and at group levels that knowledge creates value. Thus and organization is viewed as a network of human relationships, a view in which word organization is sued as a verb rather than a noun.
