Abstract
The kinetic of short range orde4r (SRO) were investigated in the ternary Au25 Ag25 Pd50 and Au40 Ag40 Pd20 alloys with the help of electrical resistivity measurements. Isochronal annealing after quenching form high temperatures showed that SRO, of formation in these alloys leads to the increase of resistivity and the resistivity and the partial SRO, parameters vary linearly with 1/Ta . The increase of Pd-content causes a reduction in the resistivity effect.
