Individual as well as social life has changed drastically under the influence of Science & Technology. There is a dire need for framing new rules & regulation in different works of life particularly in the field of Women�€™s rights. In almost all the Universities of world, a separate department for research on Women�€™s rights & Obligations has been established. But Muslim Societies oblivious of these changes have fallen into a trap of backward traditions & taboos. The aim of the thesis is to pinpoint Changing facts & to Create awareness about the problems of Women�€™s in the field of Service. The first Chapter in divided into ten Sections which deal with status of women in the light of Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainmet & Greek & Roman Civilization, Laws of Hamuribi & Zoroastrians have also been discussed Second Chapter in divided into four Sections dealing with status of Women in the Quran & Sunnah with Special reference to system of sponsorship for Women. The third Chapter is divided into three Section dealing with need of Service for Women�€™s in the present age, trend of service for women in Western society & Economic problems confirming women. The fourth Chapter in divided into three section discussing Solution of service problems in the light of Quran & Sunnah, opinions of four School of thought of Ahl-i-Sunnah. The fifth Chapter is also divided into three sections discussing analysis of societies in modern age & Special problems of women in the light of this Analysis. The sixth Chapter presents opinions of distinct scholars, Intellectuals, Judges & lawyers about service of Muslims Women. In the end all the discussion is summarized.
