Abstract

This thesis is comprises of a preface six chapters, conclusion, Appendixes and a Bibliography of three hundred and sixteen. Chapter1 Concept of jihad in Qura’n and Hadith has been discussed in this chapter by including the definition of jihad, difference between jihad and wars war methodology of ancient period and rectifications introduced by Islam. Chapter 2: In this chapter the correct number of “Ghazawat” – Battle fields of the prophet Muhammad their objectives, results and their role in the protection of human rights. Chapter 3: The third chapter deals with the affairs of world war1 & II and their effects on Global community. Chapter 4: Palestine Israel is the main discussion of this chapter. Arab Israel wares are also taken into the account and analyze their consequences Chapter 5: Chapter five explains the background of the Gulf war 1991 and its impact on the region Chapter 6: In the present scenario Iraq and Afghanistan are most burning issues. Therefore, the historical, political and economical factors of these wars are discussed in this chapter. Conclusion: Conclusion is the output of the thesis ends with analytical study Bibliography: List of books and journals related to the topic
