Abstract Pakistan was established on the August 1947. The Unity emerged among religious parties when Qadiani Problem appeared in 1953. This phenomenon re-appeared in 1973. It was due to their efforts that Qadiani were declared infidels on 7th September, 1974. All the religious parties became unite in the form of Pakistan National Alliance in 1977. They were divided into two sections during the period of General Ziaul Haq The Position religious parties became clear when bill for divine law was presented in 1985. So much arguments were given for and against this bill that both section seemed to be on the right. They could not agree on the definition of divine law. The bill presented by Pakistan people party in senate in 1990 and by Nawaz Sharif in the National Assembly in 1991 was quite different form the original bill. On the other hand Pakistan owes her existence to the efforts of religious and political contribution of religious parties. As no research work has been done so far in this field. I have limited my dissertation to the province of the Punjab. I have discussed manifests of these parties as well as their contribution in different periods, Besides refuting Mirzait, I have dealt with translations and exegesis of the Quran Ahadith books on the biography of the prophet & other Islamic Journals & Magazines to prove this contribution.
