Abstract
From among the Islamic systems of development is system of Agriculture & irrigation. Agriculture and irrigation ake part is developing, expanding and comparing co-operation between the members of the society viz Land Lord and his tenants.

Historical practice of Agriculture and irrigation reveals that Jurisprudence regarding this field has benefit from various religious and independent reasoning in strengthening their efficacy for responding the local needs. This is a modest attempt to bring to limelight their importance.
