Abstract
Learning of Hadith in considered to be the most important after that of the Quran. It is turn of the Quran as prophet, (peace be upon him) said: €œ I have been given Quran and with it something like it€ Quran says; Nor does he say (aught) of (his own) desire. It is no less than inspiration sent down to him (53;3,4) Hadith is an interoperation of the Quran. Hence it is the second source of Islamic law. That is why the prophet asked us to convey his message to these who were not present.

So scholars of Hadith traveled far and wide and under took all the difficulties they faced in the way Collection of traditions. They compiled huge volumes and criticized the text as well as the chain of narration. They classified Ahadith and sifted the correct from incorrect. One is wonder struck with the colossal works done by them with meager resources

Among these genius writers, who Abu €˜Abd Al-Rehman Ahmad bin Shoaib bin Ali bin Saran bin Bahr Al-Khurhsani, the author of €œSunan€ and €œthe Book under discussion€

I have based my research upon four copies of the manuscripts viz copy from Kitab Khana Milli in Tehran, copy from library of Khuda Bux at Patna (India) an other copy also for this library, and a copy from Maqhtab included in Al-Sunan Al-Kubra in the Royal library at Rabat. I have added rules and annotation to the text so that a reader may not have proper to any other book.
