Abstract
Sixty four species belonging to Nineteen genera representing two tribes viz Aeliini Stal and Carpocorini Stal of the subfamily Pentatominae Leach of Pentatomidae with a new genus, twenty one new species and three species newly recorded from different areas of lndo-Pakistan subcontinent, are described in detail with special reference to their metathoracic scent gland ostioles, male and female genitalia. The new taxa are compared with their closest allies and keys to the tribes genera and species are formulated on the basis of above more reliable and consistent characters which help readily identify the above taxa. Generic and specific relationships with the help of cladistic analysis are also carried out. External morphology of Carpocoris minutus new species is carried out in detail to help understand the characters of taxonomic importance.
