Abstract
The present study includes the work on the male and the female reproductive organs of seventeen species belonging to the super families lygaeoidea, coreoidea and pyrrhocoroidea and fifteen species of the super family pentatomoidea from various localities of Pakistan. Gross histology of the male and the female reproductive organs of coridius janus (Fabr.) of the family dinidoridae is worked out for the confirmation of the bulbus ejaculatorius, ovarioles and testicular follicle numbers and the form and their presence or absence of mesadenia and ectadenia. The results are compared with findings reported in the existing literature . The results obtained are viewed in the light of the already existing cytological caryo-typical investigations and those attempted during the present studies. On the basis of these character various existing phylogenetic schemes are discussed
